Large folding card – large plasters!
As unfortunate as it may be, but sometimes it just happens: for example, a larger graze that requires a large plaster. But the HGH Card & Care Service has a good solution for this.
The elongated PflasterCard® XXL-oblong is ideal for extra-large plaster strips. The folding card has a closed format of 24.0 x 13.0 cm and an open format of 38.9 x 39.2 cm, which can also be printed on both sides if you wish, in case you want to “print a lot of information, graphics, logos, or QR codes.”
A double groove of 5 mm allows for convenient filling with either:
- 10 skin-colored textile plaster strips in the format 6 x 10 cm or
- 10 white soft plaster strips 8 x 10 cm or
- 15 white soft plaster strips (5 x 8 x 10 cm + 5 x 5.0 x 7.2 cm + 5 x 3.8 x 7.2 cm).

The minimum order quantity is 500 cards, although the unit price becomes significantly cheaper for orders of 1,000 cards or more. The mandatory manufacturer information required by the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745 plus the UDI label 2025 for Class I medical devices are printed on the two side flaps and the lower inner flap. The interior is reserved for “your gift”: the individually sealed plaster strips.
